The text of the Administrative Prosecution Authority’s decision, a decision issued today, Thursday, No. 356 of 2017, includes the establishment of a judicial disciplinary department whose headquarters will be the Presidency of the Administrative Prosecution and its branches in the various governorates.
The commission’s decision came in 20 pages and the decision contains 48 legal articles that clarify the new judicial administration’s specialties, specializations and branches, as well as the organizational and structural structure for them. Joins the judicial prosecution entities to complete the disciplinary system’s components by establishing this entity to be based on the affairs of its branches, whether in terms of administrative supervision and follow-up or support Technical and standardization of principles.
The decision also aims to include a disciplinary technical office that collects principles, analyzes disciplinary decisions and rulings issued in appeals against them, proposes draft periodic books related to the committees' work, and collects the dispersal of disciplinary committees from disciplinary case branches and technical offices in an independent branch called the Disciplinary Branch.
