Counselor Ali Muhammad Rizk, Head of the Administrative Prosecution Authority, ordered the referral of (CPA), a security specialist at the Public Authority for Adult Education branch in the Red Sea, and (M.K.M.), the director of the General Authority for Education’s branch in the Red Sea, previously, for disciplinary trial. Attributed to them in Case No. 356 of 2015 Hurghada.
The investigations of the Administrative Prosecution of Hurghada, which were conducted by Mohamed Bakhit, Chief Prosecutor, and under the supervision of Counselor Islam Makled, Director of the Public Prosecution Office, revealed that the first accused was involved in issuing a testimony to the citizen Asaad Mahmoud Jahlan, indicating that he passed the literacy exam, and that he was able to read and write in contravention of the truth, and without the right of what ensued. The issuance of a literacy certificate for the aforementioned citizen while he was not entitled to obtain it, in addition to speaking in an inappropriate manner with the employees of the Authority’s branch in the Red Sea during 2014, while the second accused, in his capacity as branch head, approved the form for issuing a literacy certificate for the aforementioned citizen without reviewing the data included in it.
The prosecution ordered that all necessary legal measures be taken before him, not to promote the referrals, until the issuance of the disciplinary court ruling, pursuant to Article 65 of the Civil Service Law No. 81 of 2016, in addition to not accepting the resignation of the referrals, or their referral to early retirement, until a judgment is issued In the case pursuant to Article 70 of the same law.
