The investigations included that during the period from February 1, 2009 to October 12, 2014, during the work of the third defendant in supervising and following up the work of the fourth and fifth defendants, which resulted in failure to take the necessary legal measures before the specialists in the Saqqara Marinas Company, regarding their filling in a stream The Nile and the establishment of tourist facilities, and the investigations revealed the defendants ’failure to take the necessary legal measures before the specialists at Saqqara Marinas.
