Counselor Nagy Abdel Hamid, Deputy Chairman of the Administrative Prosecution Authority, agreed to refer the Director of the Housing District and the Planning Engineer in Al-Azbakeya District to trial after they were proven to have committed gross financial and administrative violations and colluded with real estate owners.

The investigations of Dalia Yahya, the First Prosecutor, confirmed that Jalal Muhammad Radwan, the planning engineer in Al-Azbakeya district, issued the amendment license No. 4 of 2013, and signed it despite his violation of the law, and carried out a physical inspection of the property and proved its compliance with the license issued in contravention of reality and the drawings issued with the license.

The case papers revealed that Abdul-Ghani Yusef Ibrahim, director of the housing zone in the neighborhood, neglected to supervise the work of the first accused, which resulted in the issuance of the amendment license No. 4 of 2013 in violation of the law, and signed the aforementioned license in violation of the law.

The administrative prosecution ended with referring the defendants to disciplinary trial, after it was proved that they had not performed the work entrusted to them accurately and committed financial irregularities that resulted in prejudice to the financial interest of the state, and requested the president of the court to determine the nearest session to hear the case.Vito
