The Inspection and Control Sector at the Ministry of Interior implemented many disciplinary decisions against police officers who committed violations, ranging from criminal, functional and financial, within the framework of the ministry’s plan to restore citizens ’confidence.

The source revealed that the Minister of Interior stressed that the Miri weapon should not be used in personal quarrels and that the rules of use stipulated in the law be applied.
The Minister of Interior had directed that an officer be suspended from duty after assaulting a woman while implementing the decision to remove a property, and the incident was referred to the Inspection and Control Sector for investigation.
