The Administrative Prosecution decided to refer the Director of the Education Directorate in Port Said Governorate to trial. Accused of raping the governor’s authorities and violating the Tenders and Auctions Law.

Investigations revealed that Ahmed Saeed Orabi, the undersecretary of the Ministry of Education in Port Said Governorate, deviated from the requirement of a job duty before referring him to the pension and violated the Tenders and Auctions Law and its executive regulations, by signing the contract for the manufacture and supply of the boat despite the fact that he was not legally competent to sign this contract and without being issued to him Authorization from the competent authority usurping the mandate of the Governor of Port Said.

The administrative prosecution concluded the referral of the accused to the Supreme Disciplinary Court and requested the president of the court to determine the nearest session to hear the case.Vito
