In Case No. 53 of the 59th judicial year, the Ministry of Justice decided to refer the General Director of Legal Affairs of the Petroleum Pipelines Company for trial. After proving that he has committed grave administrative violations.

The investigations of the Technical Inspection Department on the legal departments at the Ministry of Justice revealed that Jamal Muhammad Salim, Director General of Legal Affairs at the Petroleum Pipeline Company, recommended that the complainant be sanctioned with Administrative Investigation Memorandum No. 30 despite his defense during the investigation that this incident is under investigation by the Shubra El-Khaima Prosecution first in Case No. 1192.

The case papers stated that the accused withdrew investigation No. 30 from Muhammad Ezzat Bayoumi and prepared a memorandum in it himself without due regard for the principles

Technical investigation, and investigations ended, to refer him to trial.
