The Administrative Control Authority has made a great effort in controlling a number of corruption incidents, the last of which is the disclosure of a major bribery case in the State Council. Therefore, The Seventh Day offers how to communicate with the Authority if you have a complaint, according to the authority’s portal.
First: What are the complaints related to the authority?
1 - Defects and deficiencies in the state's administrative apparatus.
2 - Violation of employees to implement laws and regulations.
3- Negligence of workers in performing the duties and responsibilities of their jobs.
4- Poor performance of services provided to citizens.
5- Any facts related to prejudice to public funds or public office.
Second: How do citizens submit their complaints?
1- Through the Citizen Service Office
Written complaints or verbal communications that citizens submit themselves to the offices.
- Presented at the headquarters of the authority located at the intersection of Al-Nozha Street and Asma Fahmy in Nasr City
Or in its regional offices in the different governorates.
2- Through regular mail
Complaints are sent to the Administrative Control Authority at PO Box 111 Heliopolis.
3- Through the electronic portal
Log on to www.aca.gov.eg Link
Enter the "Complaints" section of the main menu
Choose "Submit a complaint",
Fill out the complaint form and press enter.
4 Through fax

Or the short number 16100 for the method of submitting complaints
- The authority notifies the complainant of the result of examining his complaint by SMS to the mobile phone number that sender the complaint.
