Muhammad Fadlallah, a researcher at the Agricultural Research Center, said that he was “interrogated today about reports submitted against him, including leaders in the Ministry of Agriculture, and researchers who forged their scientific certificates,” noting that the investigation was exposed to several corruption cases in the research center of the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation.

Fadlallah indicated, in a special statement to “Al Arabiya News,” that there is a huge corruption case at the center that the Public Funds Prosecution is investigating, confirming that he submitted papers and documents to the investigation authorities, confirming that Saeed Khalil impersonated the status of “Doctor and Head of Department at the Agricultural Research Center”. At the time, the doctoral degree that he obtained was withdrawn from him, after the disciplinary committee confirmed that he had stolen foreign research published in a scientific journal.

Fadlallah clarified that the Agricultural Research Center is rife with corruption in an "unbelievable" manner, calling on the Minister of Agriculture to investigate the Fadlallah case, and dozens of others like him in the center impersonated traits other than their job grades.

Said Khalil was recently appointed in the committee for the recovery of state lands formed by a decision of the Council of Ministers despite the presence of documents confirming his assumption of the status of "doctor in the Agricultural Research Center." Arab News
