Dr. Walaa Jad Al-Karim, President of the Partners Foundation for Transparency, said that the administrative judiciary ruling requiring the Ministry of Social Solidarity not to abuse its right to refuse students from NGOs and civil society organizations to foreign grants to implement their programs and projects, not the first of its kind, but the ministry insists on Adopting an arbitrary policy towards these organizations.

He added to the "Veto", that the ministry's policy is bombarding and violating not only the judicial rulings but also the constitution, law and international charters, as well as its rejection of projects without giving reasons.

"Jad Al-Karim" pointed out that the performance of the Ministry of Social Solidarity under Minister Ghada Wali's mandate is the worst ever, and we can say that it is in a real battle with serious organizations.
