Dr. Walaa Jad al-Karim, president of Partners for Transparency, said that what happened to Tariq Hussein, known as “Tito,” the lawyer, is clear and unjustified intransigence and appears to be a personal punishment because it is outside the framework of any legal text.

And "Jad Al-Karim", in exclusive statements to "January Gate", said: "We will remain in this apparent intransigence against youth for long periods of time for several reasons; Because the issue of human rights, public freedoms and human rights guarantees is not on the agenda at the present time, in addition to the fact that the current climate is filled with terrorism, “as happened yesterday with the martyrdom of 26 members of the armed forces,” which made the issue of human rights in the tenth column of the current regime.

The head of the Partners Foundation for Transparency pointed out that civil society organizations should have a clear and decisive role to emphasize the role of the human being and his right and put pressure on the current system and present an alternative to cutting the justifications on the other side.
