As part of the “Youth Against Corruption in Egypt” project, implemented by Partners for Transparency with support from the German Federal Foreign Office, Partners organized a closing forum for the project on December 27-28. This forum was one of the events aimed at empowering young people to actively participate in anti-corruption efforts and promote the principles of good governance. The forum aligns with the project's vision of building an informed youth awareness of the importance of integrity, transparency, and accountability, and of establishing a culture of democratic dialogue and constructive discussion on anti-corruption issues in Egypt. The two-day forum, which included five sessions, aimed to create an interactive space bringing together young people, government representatives, parliamentarians, civil society representatives, international organizations, and the media to discuss practical solutions that ensure effective and leading participation in combating corruption, and to transform their energy and initiatives into strategic tools for establishing a culture of integrity and social accountability.
