Partners for Transparency is following up on electoral spending with 5 committees

Dr. Walaa Jad Al-Karim, Director of the Partners for Transparency Foundation, said that the Foundation is nearing completion of developing the mechanisms that it will use in following up the electoral spending of the candidates. The committee immediately announces the beginning of the electoral campaign period, which is scheduled for the 29th of September.

"Jad Al-Karim" added, in exclusive statements to "Vito", that the Partners Foundation for Transparency has allocated 5 committees at the level of 5 departments in the governorates of Cairo, Alexandria, Dakahlia, Port Said, and Fayoum, and each committee is formed by a financial analyst and an advertising specialist. Advertisement, and a human rights activist, are assisted by a number of field observers.

The director of the Partners for Transparency Foundation indicated that the tasks of each committee are summarized in analyzing and classifying information on the financial spending of each candidate, in addition to interviewing the candidates, their election campaign managers, and campaign financial officials, in addition to creating a form for each candidate, containing all the information related to Funding, and the candidate's financial expenditure, and are re-analyzed by the central committee at the institution's headquarters to write the final report.
