Within the framework of the “Corruption Status Book” series, “Partners for Transparency” PFT continues to issue monthly reports to monitor and follow up incidents of corruption, and here is the nineteenth report issued by the institution, which focuses on monitoring and analyzing legislative and procedural developments related to combating corruption, as well as an inventory of the facts that It was covered by various media during the month of January 2017.

The month of January 2017 witnessed 66 incidents of corruption, while there was no change in the legislative or institutional environment related to combating corruption, and the month only witnessed frequent statements here and there by a number of officials all talking about fighting corruption, without translating these statements further.
