With regard to the judicial position of the monitored facts, the Foundation revealed in its sixth report within the framework of the "Corruption Status Book" series that the facts under investigation come in first place with a score of 56 incidents, followed by the facts that were not investigated with a score of 17 incidents, then the facts under trial with a total of 10 incidents. , And the facts that were decided on with only 4 facts.
