Inviting young researchers to submit research papers
“ Observatory of Transparency and Integrity Policies
Partners for Transparency (which holds the consultative status of the United Nations Economic and Social Council) announces that it has received the work of young Egyptian researchers from research papers And policy papers and quality reports related to issues of transparency, integrity and anti-corruption, in accordance with the terms of reference and procedures set forth below.
It is expected that the Foundation will select and publish 5 research works per month, with no less than 30 research works during the period from July to December 2018, and the owners of the research works accepted by the Foundation and which will be published will receive a financial reward ranging from 1000 to 2500 EGP, according to an evaluation The jury, the volume of research work and its importance.
Please read the terms of reference carefully, and send the summary of the research work, then the complete research works after approval of the abstract, to the following email addresses:

Note that the institution receives the summary of the works and the complete works continuously until November 2018, without being restricted to a specific number of works per researcher, and the only criterion is the approval of the jury to work according to the mechanism described in the terms of reference.

Conditions that must be met in the research paper
- Adherence to the rigorous scientific method and reliance on analysis of information.
- To be a new addition to previous studies in his field.
- - To be useful to society, and to present some scientific proposals and recommendations.
- - The paper should not have won any other contests or prizes, and it has not been previously published through any medium.
- It must be written in a proper Arabic language.
- Research work ranges from 2,500 to 5,000 words.
Actions and steps
- Review the terms of reference well
- Submit a summary of the research work within 400 words that includes: the initial title of the work, a description of the topic in two paragraphs, the goal of the work, the main themes it covers and a brief summary of each axis, the estimated date of completion of the work.
- The abstract will be presented to the jury within three working days of submitting the proposal, and the author of the proposal will be accepted, within five working days of sending the abstract.
- After responding to the owner of the acronym, he sends the complete work in Word format within ten days.
- The complete work is reviewed, amendments can be requested from the researcher, and then submitted to the jury final.
- The works that will be approved by the arbitration committee will be published in the name of the researcher under the framework of the institution, and its participation with the media, government agencies, civil society organizations and parliament.
- Round tables will be organized with legislative experts, officials and stakeholders to present and discuss some of the published work. In this case, the author of the paper will present his research work himself.
- The financial reward will be disbursed within five working days of publishing the paper.
- Once it is published and the researcher obtains the financial reward, the paper becomes the property of the institution, and the researcher may not publish it elsewhere without formal approval from the institution.
