Wala Jad Al-Karim, Director General of the Partners for Transparency Foundation, confirmed that the formation of the new government raises many question marks, except for Helmy Al-Nimnim, Minister of Culture, as for the new ministers they are not known and unknown to all, or the old, there are also question marks about not changing them.

"Jad Al-Karim" added in a special statement to "Al-Arabiya News" that many of the new ministers had performed negatively through their previous jobs and in public work that did not rise to the rank of a minister, such as the new minister of education and also the minister of local development.
