Oral intervention by Partners for Transparency during the discussion of the third item and the interactive dialogue with the working group on the use of mercenaries as a means of violating human rights and impeding the exercise of the right of peoples to self-determination

The Foundation condemned the presence of mercenaries in Libya, and recommended both the Security Council and the United Nations mission to expand the mission of monitoring the ceasefire, to include supervision of the mercenaries' expulsion operations.
