Partners Foundation made an oral intervention before the United Nations Human Rights Council during the urgent session on the Ukrainian crisis, and Partners Foundation recommended that all parties stop targeting civilian targets with full respect for the rules of international humanitarian law. And the need to investigate all human rights crimes that occurred during the conflict and hold those responsible to account to prevent impunity, through the human rights mechanisms of the Human Rights Council.
