"Partners for Transparency": 315 million pounds was the size of corruption last June

Partners for Transparency Association (PFT) recorded 83 corruption incidents during the month of June, as the Supply Department received the largest share of corruption incidents with a total of 15 incidents, among them those revealed by the supervisory and security agencies about the involvement of 38 officials in manipulating supplies of wheat and silos. It is estimated at 315 million pounds.

The Ministry of Agriculture ranked second in corruption incidents, with 9 incidents, according to the PFT report, which was issued today, Wednesday, and the Ministry of Interior followed with 7 incidents.

The fourth place went to the Ministries of Investment and Transport, with a score of 6 incidents, in addition to local corruption, with 9 incidents.

In its report, the PFT said that the aforementioned facts are under investigation.
