Subuh, Dr. Walaa Jad Al-Karim, Director of the Partners for Transparency Foundation, said that the Foundation will resume its preliminary work to follow up the financial spending in the upcoming parliamentary elections, immediately after the end of the Eid Al-Adha holiday. Walaa explained in a statement to “The Seventh Day” that the Partners for Transparency Foundation will hold a training workshop for members of its committees in the governorates to follow up next Monday, to train them on how to evaluate the election campaign of candidates in districts and monitor abuse. It is noteworthy that the Partners for Transparency Foundation will monitor the financial spending on advertising for candidates in the parliamentary elections, through 5 committees in 5 electoral districts that work on evaluating the propaganda, and each committee includes an accountant, an advertising expert and a community activist.
