An open invitation to participate
The Anna Lindh Foundation organizes a capacity-building program entitled The Anna Lindh Foundation Internship Programme, which is a training program intended for and implemented by intercultural dialogue operators from the Euro-Mediterranean region, by providing their mid-level employees with free online practical training.
The Anna Lindh Foundation's Practical Training Program aims to identify a list of experiences from and outside the Anna Lindh Foundation's networking organizations that could propose practical online training modules to empower intercultural bodies in the following key areas:
▪️ Common challenges between emerging cultures in the Euro-Mediterranean region
▪️ Managing intercultural organizations and projects
▪️ Strategic planning, governance and leadership in civil society organizations
