Dr. Walaa Jad Al-Karim, director of the Partners Foundation for Transparency, said that the Supreme Elections Committee announced the final lists of the second-stage candidates, following the rulings issued by the administrative judiciary for some of the candidates.

In exclusive statements to the "Vito", Jad Al-Karim added that the committee's decision is an executive decision related to the committee that does not affect the electoral campaign period that began on November 3 and until 20 of the same month.

The director of the institution added that the Supreme Elections Committee had previously announced the names of candidates for the second stage, and what it announced today is nothing but an announcement to exclude a few candidates who had appealed against and were accepted.
