Jad Al-Karim: 5%: Percentage of human rights implementation in government departments

Dr. Walaa Jad Al-Karim, president of Partners for Transparency, said that the application of human rights conditions within government departments does not exceed 5%.

The President of the Foundation added, in exclusive statements to the “Veto,” that there are four conditions for the application of human rights within the government’s interests, the first of which is to allow citizens to provide services in an easy way, to provide support that is recognized by the state, with high quality, in addition to respect and good treatment by employees.

"Jad Al-Karim" stressed that the National Council for Human Rights has a major role in solving the problems facing citizens in this regard, and the state should consult with the council in setting standards that regulate transactions within those departments, in addition to training and qualifying employees in accordance with international conventions and treaties.
