He added, in a special statement to “Al Arabiya News,” that the Egyptian Association for the Advancement will monitor the electoral process with 469 observers, who have obtained permits from the Supreme Elections Committee.

Dr. Hazem Mounir, President of the Egyptian Foundation for Training and Human Rights, confirmed that the monitoring processes that we will carry out include monitoring the electoral process since the opening of the door for candidacy, monitoring the election campaign of candidates, monitoring the voting processes from inside and outside the committees, ending with the counting and announcing the results processes, and we will also submit reports Adequate for the entire electoral process.

Saeed Abdel-Hafez, Director of the Dialogue Forum for Development and Human Rights, affirmed that the criterion in monitoring elections is the free and fair standards issued by the United Nations, which governs our work in monitoring elections.
He added in a special statement to “Arab News” that monitoring is carried out through an operations room with 22 observers, including 10 media researchers for media monitoring, listening and analysis of media outlets, and 10 other observers to manage the field monitoring process in the targeted governorates, in addition to the director of the operations room, and the main researcher who It analyzes the information received from the delegates in the provinces.
The director of the forum indicated that the monitoring process began with the opening of the door for candidacy, through the processes of advertising, voting and sorting, and ending with the announcement of the results.
