The accounts of the Tahta education administration discover that 50 million pounds have been wasted because of salaries

Iman Saber Abdel Halim, head of accounts at the Tahta Educational Administration in Sohag Governorate, said that after many of the education employees and teachers in Sohag Governorate in general, and the Tahta educational administration in particular, they resorted to filing lawsuits demanding that they obtain a reward incentive and that they obtained judgments in this regard and spent large sums of money after the implementation These rulings, it became clear after that that these plaintiffs obtained these judgments in a misleading manner, as the salary employees at the Tahta Educational Administration gave them salary items that do not include exam rewards, and therefore the judgment was based on false information, and then their access to these amounts is also null.

The head of accounts at the Tahta Educational Administration explained to “The Seventh Day” that there is a decree by Law No. 51 of 2011 AD, in which Article 11 states that, as of 7/1/2011, the incentives established for civilian workers in ministries, departments and agencies that have a special budget will increase And service agencies and local administration units or whatever incentives are decided for them so that the total of the periodic or annual bonuses, incentives, allowances or other benefits that each of them receive is not less than the TP1T-2001 from the basic salary, and the increase is not included in the incentive to attract employment and full-time allowance Residency allowance in remote areas, job conditions and risks allowance, as well as the decision of the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs and Minister of Finance No. “406” for the year 2011, and paragraph 1 stipulates in its first article that the aforementioned increase is made monthly for workers who receive periodic or annual bonuses Or incentives or compensation for extraordinary efforts or allowances less than the TP1T 2001 from their basic salaries, as well as the issuance of Book No. 2542 on 12/12/2011, in which the Minister of Finance addressed the Governor of Sohag not to exclude the examination reward when calculating the percentage of benefits for the payment of the reward incentive, This is what the Mahayat officials contradict in the Tahta educational administration, which resulted in the issuance of judgments based on false information.

The head of the accounts of the Tahta Educational Administration adds: That is why the book of the Ministry of Finance No. 2751 was issued on 26/8/2014 AD, addressed to the Director of the Financial Directorate in Sohag, and it is circulated to Education in Sohag regarding the need for full compliance with what was approved by the Council of Ministers in its session on 8/21/2013 agreeing to recover The sums disbursed from the departments and directorates of education and education in Sohag following the implementation of these provisions, in addition to all the fatwas of the State Council and the State Affairs, Organization and Administration Authority. However, the employees of the Mahayat at the Tahta Educational Department have failed to implement these instructions and fatwas and recover the sums, and they even exert great pressure on the Accounts Department In order to implement new rulings and disburse other sums of money, they also incite the plaintiffs to file cases and complaints against us under the pretext of not implementing the judicial rulings.

The head of accounts at the Tahta educational department confirmed that the total of these wasted sums was more than 50 million pounds, and also added that she informed all the supervisory authorities and the governor of this collusion that caused the waste of public money and no one responded, and also explained that she stands alone in the face of a large team that has an interest in The leakage and waste of these funds and the implementation of instructions and decisions issued by responsible authorities in the state confirm the integrity of my position and I demand that those who caused this be presented to the investigation authorities.
