The Egyptian Leadership Foundation for Development (one of the members of the Egyptian Lana Lind Network) held a two-day panel discussion on the issue of domestic violence, in cooperation with the National Network of the Euro-Mediterranean Annalind Foundation for Dialogue between Cultures, and the Mersal Foundation in Finland, which presented the “Tell It Initiative” within the framework of mobility programs. Affiliated with the Anna Lindh Foundation and with the participation of the ladies of the National Council for Women, Cairo Branch, the discussion panel covered several topics about the definition of domestic violence, its causes, and the rate of its spread in all countries of the world. The discussion also addressed violence in the workplace and child labor.
