An employee in Shubra district was seized for allocating housing units with forged contracts

The Rawd Al-Farag Prosecution Office, headed by Counselor Hassan Adel, Chief Prosecutor, is investigating an employee in the Shubra neighborhood on charges of fraud and appropriating citizens ’funds under the pretext of providing apartments as part of the Long Live Egypt initiative.

And information received by Colonel Sherif Faisal, head of police investigations facilities in Cairo, that “Hisham A,” an employee of the Shubra neighborhood movement, defrauded the citizens and obtained money from them under the pretext of allocating apartments for them in the transit area as part of the Long Live Egypt initiative.

By conducting investigations, she indicated the correctness of the information, and indicated that the accused swindled each of "Basta M", a contractor, and obtained from him 17 thousand pounds, and "Samir S", a driver, and obtained from him 15 thousand pounds, claiming that he was able to provide housing units for them. By forging contracts for them and issuing receipts issued by Cairo governorate allocating units for them.

On presentation to Major General Mohamed Mansour, Director of Cairo Investigation, he ordered the arrest of the accused. Immediately, a security force consisting of Brigadier General Mohsen Al-Halafawi, the Investigation Inspector, Colonel Sherif Faisal, Head of the Utilities Police Investigations, and Major Shadi Abdel Wahab, were able to arrest the accused in possession of forged contracts and receipts.

Major General Khaled Abdel-Al, Director of Security, ordered that all legal measures be taken against the accused and a report of the incident was filed, and the Public Prosecution office was notified to investigate.
