The summary judge in the South Cairo trial renewed the detention of Al-Zahir's misdemeanor secretary for 15 days pending investigations, on charges of falsifying judicial decisions.

Counselor Abdel-Rahman Shatla, the first public attorney for the Public Prosecution Office in West Cairo College, had decided earlier, to detain the Secretary of Al-Zahir Misdemeanor for 4 days pending investigations, for accusing him of falsifying judicial rulings. On a number of judgments issued.

For his part, the President of Al-Zahir Misdemeanor Court presented a memorandum to the Public Prosecution denying that he signed the forged judgments, and the accused admitted before the prosecution that he committed the crime of falsifying judgments and writing other reasons, justifying that by speeding up the litigation process.

The prosecution decided to withdraw all the cases in the defendant’s possession and to form a technical committee to examine them and prepare a report thereon, and tasked the forensic medicine to match the signature of the accused with what was stated in the forged judgments.
