With the documents ... a general manager of the Egyptian Railways Authority was referred for trial

The administrative prosecution decided to refer a general director of the Egyptian Railways Authority to trial. To accuse him of committing gross financial and administrative violations.

The indictment report confirmed that Salah Abdel-Hamid Abdel-Hadi, Director General of Public Services for the East Delta Region at the Egyptian Railways Authority, did not perform the work assigned to him accurately and violated the financial rules and provisions stipulated in the laws and regulations, which led to prejudice to the state's finances.

The investigations revealed that the defendant assigned some of the employees of the Department to head him to work on Fridays and official breaks, despite the fact that they do not work on the system of the veiled, and listed their names in the lists of those entitled to pay the financial allowance in violation of the instructions.

The investigations ended with the defendant being referred to trial, and the administrative prosecution asked the president of the court to determine the closest hearing to the case.
