El-Sisi calls on the Group of Twenty to put the recovery of Egypt's stolen money into its plan

The President addressed the issue of combating corruption in view of the priority it represents to Egypt, as he welcomed the group's action plan in this field for the next two years, which is consistent with efforts aimed at activating the United Nations Convention against Corruption.

During his speech at the second working session, which discussed ways to reach more effective and efficient financial and economic governance, the President stressed the importance of the efforts to implement the group's action plan to include the issue of recovering the funds and looted assets that Egypt suffers in particular.

In this context, the president congratulated China for establishing the research center for international cooperation in this field, stressing Egypt's aspiration to cooperate with the center.
