The Egyptian Network of the Anna Lindh Euro-Mediterranean Foundation for Dialogue between Cultures organized an awareness session at the Anna Lindh Euro-Mediterranean Foundation for Dialogue between Cultures and the Egyptian National Network in Cairo. This session aims to gain more knowledge about the Anna Lindh Foundation and the Egyptian Network and the activities carried out by the Anna Lindh Foundation. The Egyptian Network, not members of the Egyptian Network, the Egyptian press and a number of ministries, have expressed their gratitude for the presence of the Anna Lindh Euro-Mediterranean Foundation for Dialogue between Cultures in Egypt.
Ayman Aqil, the former head of the Egyptian network of the Anna Lindh Foundation and the president of the Maat Foundation, confirmed that the Anna Lindh Foundation is concerned with strengthening relations between the countries of the Mediterranean basin, as he explained during his speech that it is the oldest institution for dialogue of cultures in the Mediterranean countries, and it includes 42 countries of the sea basin.
