As part of the \u201cYouth Against Corruption in Egypt\u201d project, implemented by Partners for Transparency with support from the German Federal Foreign Office, Partners organized a closing forum for the project on December 27-28. This forum was one of the events aimed at empowering young people to actively participate in anti-corruption efforts and promote the principles of good governance. The forum aligns with the project's vision of building an informed youth awareness of the importance of integrity, transparency, and accountability, and of establishing a culture of democratic dialogue and constructive discussion on anti-corruption issues in Egypt. The two-day forum, which included five sessions, aimed to create an interactive space bringing together young people, government representatives, parliamentarians, civil society representatives, international organizations, and the media to discuss practical solutions that ensure effective and leading participation in combating corruption, and to transform their energy and initiatives into strategic tools for establishing a culture of integrity and social accountability.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

First session: Roundtable discussion on the role of digital transformation in combating corruption in Egypt<\/p>\n

Second session: Youth debate: \u201cDoes combating corruption begin with the law or with culture?\u201d<\/p>\n

Third session: \u201cSecure digital reporting of corruption and protection mechanisms\u201d<\/p>\n

Fourth session: The role of youth in combating corruption in Egypt\u2026 towards policies and initiatives led by a new generation<\/p>\n
