The text of the Administrative Prosecution Authority\u2019s decision, a decision issued today, Thursday, No. 356 of 2017, includes the establishment of a judicial disciplinary department whose headquarters will be the Presidency of the Administrative Prosecution and its branches in the various governorates.<\/div>\n

The commission\u2019s decision came in 20 pages and the decision contains 48 legal articles that clarify the new judicial administration\u2019s specialties, specializations and branches, as well as the organizational and structural structure for them.
