The Administrative Control Authority has made a great effort in controlling a number of corruption incidents, the last of which is the disclosure of a major bribery case in the State Council. First: What are the complaints related to the authority?<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n
1 - Defects and deficiencies in the state's administrative apparatus.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
2 - Violation of employees to implement laws and regulations.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
3- Negligence of workers in performing the duties and responsibilities of their jobs.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
4- Poor performance of services provided to citizens.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
5- Any facts related to prejudice to public funds or public office.<\/div>\n

Second: How do citizens submit their complaints?<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n
1- Through the Citizen Service Office<\/div>\n

Written complaints or verbal communications that citizens submit themselves to the offices.<\/div>\n

- Presented at the headquarters of the authority located at the intersection of Al-Nozha Street and Asma Fahmy in Nasr City<\/div>\n

Or in its regional offices in the different governorates.<\/div>\n
