During President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi&#039;s participation in the G20 summit in China, he reportedly discussed ways to access more effective financial and economic governance.<\/p>\n<p>The Supply Ministry continues to top the list of corruption incidents in the report. Some 15 incidents were documented, followed by the municipalities sector with 11 incidents. Nine cases were documented in the Health Ministry, followed by the Agriculture Ministry with eight incidents of corruption.<\/p>\n<p>The report pointed out that the category of &#039;incidents currently under investigation&#039; comprised 68% of corruption cases for September, 18% were taken to court, and 11% have not yet been examined.<\/p>\n<p>Cairo governorate still has the largest share of corruption with 21 incidents in September, followed by Giza, Qena, Sohag, and Sharqeya.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>79 incidents of corruption in September: PFT report 68% of corruption incidents are still under investigation Daily News Egypt October 11, 2016 The non-governmental organization Partners for Transparency (PFT) documented 79 cases of corruption in Egypt in September.
