The Administrative Prosecution Authority received a complaint from Mohamed El-Gendy, Director of the Central Administrative Inspection Department of the Federation Sectors in Greater Cairo, against Arafa Abdel-Rahim, Secretary General of Maspero, and Hassan El-Nahhas, Head of the Central Administration for Financial and Administrative Affairs.

The complaint stated that the leaders paid sums for the presence of workers outside the official working hours of the employees of the cafeteria, and their number is large despite the issuance of a decision by the Council of Managing Members to completely stop work in the cafeteria as of July 2 2016, and they have no work at all.

The complainant asserted that this disbursement represents a waste of public money, which requires investigation with the leaders, which required the prosecution to start following up the matter and taking the necessary measures regarding it.
