Books - Amr Ismail:
The work of developing the health unit, in the village of Ballana, Nasr al-Nuba Center, in Aswan Governorate, after the end of its development and inappropriate display, sparked a state of anger among the people, as the health unit spread inside it garbage and medical devices outside its designated places and was supposed to be sterile.

A number of village residents circulated pictures of the health unit after the development, calling on the Ministry of Health and Population to immediately intervene and find a solution to the negligence of the corrupt people involved in managing the development of the health unit, which serves citizens who have the right to provide a decent life and obtain their minimum rights.

Abdel-Alim Ezz El-Din, one of the center's residents, expressed in a statement to “Al-Wafd Gate,” his dissatisfaction because of the bad image that the health unit came out with after the development, pointing out that the condition of the unit before the development is the same as after the development and has not undergone any features of renewal.

He added, that the people submitted several complaints to the officials concerned with the center, but to no avail, calling on the Ministry of Health to immediately intervene to save the villagers from negligence that strikes the health unit and makes them sick.

One of the people of Nubia asked, commenting on the circulated pictures of the health unit, saying: “The pictures are before the development or before ?, as the people are in a state of anger at neglect and the lack of their minimum rights.

Another commented, saying: “I wish what happened,” noting that the people have largely neglected the issue allowing officials to manipulate and strike negligence, thinking that the people did not go out and demand their rights. Http://alwafd.org/article/1276198
