The Supreme State Security Prosecution completed its investigations with Jamal al-Din Muhammad Ibrahim al-Labban, Director General of Procurement at the State Council, who is accused of receiving sums of money 150,000 pounds, part of the bribe value agreed upon between the defendants, namely Medhat Abdel-Sabour and Rabab Ahmed Abdel-Khaleq, and those detained for 4 days pending investigations.

Informed sources indicated that the State Security Prosecution is conducting further investigations with the accused, Director of State Council Procurement, in the amounts seized in his residence, amounting to 24 million Egyptian pounds, 4 million dollars, 2 million euros, and one million Saudi riyals, in addition to gold artifacts, a total of about 150 million. And that these sums are not related to the first case of "bribery", and that they are the proceeds of other crimes punishable by law, and the prosecution is conducting investigations with the accused about those crimes.

The sources pointed out that the monitoring agencies had obtained information that the accused requested financial and in-kind sums as a way of bribery in exchange for carrying out a job from his job, supplying computers to the State Council, in addition to supplies of electrical and electronic devices, and with the permission of the prosecution to monitor the accused, record phone calls, and seize a bribe Financial 150 thousand pounds is part of the bribe value agreed upon between the accused, and by moving to the residence of the accused, huge sums of money were found, which were found to be the proceeds of other crimes.

During the investigations, the prosecution confronted the accused with the Administrative Control Authority's investigations regarding that case, and what is related to it that Jamal Al-Laban took that bribe, and the rest of the accused provided this bribe to him in exchange for breaching the duties of his job, and they were also confronted with the sums of money that were found in the possession of the accused Jamal Laban at his home, which He might get it as a bribe.
