With the documents ... the administrative prosecution refers 7 officials of the "environment" to trial

The Administrative Prosecutor decided to refer 7 officials of the Environmental Affairs Agency to trial after it was proven that they had tampered with the lists of employees borrowed from banks and had seized public money.

The list of defendants includes Majed Moamen Fadl, Director General of Benefits and Pensions at the Environmental Affairs Agency, Mona Abdel Jalil Tawfiq, a specialist in the affairs of the Agency’s employees, Basem Magdy Moussa, Director of the Agency’s Audit Department, Muhammad Abdul Muttalib Shalqami, a writer of administrative affairs and Amr Khattab Abdullah, a financial affairs specialist and a master Farid El-Sayed, Accounts Manager, and Reda Fouad Abdel-Hadi, a driver.

Investigations revealed that the defendants had gone out of duty on the job, did not perform the work assigned to them accurately, violated the rules and provisions stipulated in the financial laws and regulations, and took a flawed behavior.

It was found that the first and second defendants violated the financial regulations of the budget and accounts for not having signed the statements of the names of the borrowers in which the value of the installments was fixed for each of them and sent to the Bank of Alexandria, which led to the seventh defendant being able to tamper with it.

The case papers stated that the defendants from the third to the sixth reviewed the disbursement form 50 H - and signed it despite the failure of the specialists in the benefits administration to sign the statements sent to the Bank of Alexandria regarding the names of the borrowing workers attached to the disbursement form, which led to the ease of tampering with these statements.

The administrative prosecution confirmed that the seventh accused seized an amount of 35,975 pounds from the value of the workers' installments sent to the bank as a result of his tampering with the lists of the names of borrowers and the value of their installments.

The investigations ended with referring all the accused to trial, and the administrative prosecution asked the president of the court to determine the closest hearing to the case.
